Risk Assumption & Liability

You understand that traveling in Nepal involves inherent risks and hazards. By joining this journey, you assume all responsibility for these risks. You agree that our company, including our outfitters, staff, agents, and fellow tour members, shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death.
• Delays or changes in schedule.
• Loss of or damage to personal property, regardless of the cause.

This waiver of liability applies to all modes of transport and activity, including but not limited to hiking, walking, cable cars, motor vehicles, buses, aircraft, and boats.

What’s not include

• International Airfare: Flights from your home country to Kathmandu (KTM) and your return journey.
• Nepal Entry Visa: Available upon arrival at the airport. Costs vary by stay duration: approximately $30 USD (15 days) or $50 USD (30 days).
• Personal Expenses: Laundry services, souvenirs, spa treatments, and snacks outside of scheduled meals.
• Gratuities: A suggested budget of $200–$250 per person to cover trekking porters, local guides, drivers, and retreat staff.
• Beverages: Specialty coffees, bottled water, soda, and alcoholic beverages (not included with meals).
• Passport Fees: Any costs associated with obtaining or renewing your travel documents.
• Unscheduled Meals: Any food or snacks purchased outside the official retreat itinerary.

Conduct

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any individual from the tour group at any time at our discretion.

Itinerary & Logistics

• Changes: We reserve the right to alter itineraries or withdraw specific services if we deem it necessary or beneficial for the group.
• Catch-up Fees: If you miss any scheduled transportation during the trip, you are solely responsible for any additional costs incurred to rejoin the group.

Insurance

Please be advised that we do not provide travel or medical insurance. It is your sole responsibility to research and purchase any insurance coverage you wish to have for this trip.

We understand that plans can change. To request a cancellation, please contact us directly. Refunds are processed based on the following schedule:

Before Oct. 1, 2026: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Before January 1st, 2027: refund minus a 25% processing fee.
Before April 1st, 2027: 50% refund.
On or after April 1st, 2027: All registrations are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the program is canceled by the organizers, all participants will receive a full refund.
